Outreach Services
Safeside Community Hub also offers outreach services to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health challenges and the elderly.Our person centered approach empowers our service users in their quest for independence and social inclusion. Through cooperation with each service user a plan is formulated to ensure that there is progress in the journey towards the goal of living independently. Our staff team befriend, enable and advise. Help with self care, support with education and the ability to access community resources are also on offer. Our aim is to empower our service users to develop their own skillset/strategies to flourish within their own home and community.
Meal Preparation
The team of professionals prepares meals that meet the dietary needs of each client.
Companion Care
Our service provides companionship and emotional support to individuals who may be isolated or lonely.
Light Housekeeping
This service includes cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks.
Transportation
Our service provides transportation to and from appointments, and also assists with errands.

Our Outreach services are designed for people with complex needs who require flexible support – and so are ideal for those who would prefer to remain in their own home, or require assistance to participate in community activities.
Our Outreach services are also great for offering family members and other care-givers a well-needed break without any added complexity of disrupting their loved one’s routine.
